Of course Congressman William Jefferson (DemocRAT-LA) vehemently denied that he has ever been bribed, citing that there is “two sides” to every issue. Jefferson, four-term congressman from Louisiana, is accused of taking approximately $400,000 in bribes from an information technology company in return for government contracts. Disgraced Congressman Jefferson’s congressional office was raided by the  Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). In the raid of his residence in Louisiana, the FBI found $90,000 hidden in a freezer - like who hides money in a freezer unless you cannot deposit in a bank for some reason. During Hurricane Katrina relief efforts, Disgraced Congressman Jefferson had two trucks, one helicopter, and several members of the National Guard take a computer, suitcases, and a refrigerator type object out of his house. And we the taxpayers had to pay for all this and divert resources from stranded citizens who could have put the National Guard's services to better use - like saving lives.



The DemocRATs promise "A New Direction For America - Vote DemocRATic"

In October 2006 the stock market is at a new all-time high and Americans' 401K retirement plans are strong.
A new direction from there means what?

In October 2006 the unemployment rate was at 4.4% - which is considered full-employment.
It is one of the lowest rates in 25 years!
A new direction from here means what?

Oil prices are plummeting and down about 33%.
A new direction from there means what?

Taxes are at 20 year lows.  The people get to keep more of their hard-earned money
A new direction from there means what?

Federal tax revenues are at all-time highs because of the strengh of the economy.
A new direction from there means what?

The Federal deficit is down almost 50%, just as predicted over last year.
A new direction from there means what?

Home valuations are up 200% over the past 3.5 years.  
A new direction from there means what?

Inflation is in check, hovering at 20 year lows.
A new direction from there means what?

Not a single terrorist attack on U.S. soil since 9/11/01.
A new direction from there means what?

Osama bin Laden is living under a rock in a dark cave, having not surfaced
in years, if he's alive at all, while 95% of Al Queda's top dogs are either
dead, in custody, or cooperating with U.S. Intel.
A new direction from there means what?

Several major terrorist attacks already thwarted by U.S. and British Intel,
including the recent planned attack involving 10 Jumbo Jets being exploded
in mid-air over major US cities in order to celebrate the anniversary of the
9/11/01 attacks.
A new direction from there means what?

Just as President Bush foretold us on a number of occasions, Iraq was to be
made "ground zero" for the war on terrorism -- and just as President Bush
said they would, terrorist cells from all over the region are arriving from
the shadows of their hiding places and flooding into Iraq in order to get
their faces blown off by U.S. Marines rather than boarding planes and
heading to the United States to wage war on us here.
A new direction from there means what?

So let' see if we have the DemocRATs' position correct?
Now that they have been elected, we can expect:

The economy to get worse
Illegals aliens to spread further North
Taxes to go Up
Unemployment to go Up
More terror attacks to occur on U.S. soil
Tax breaks  to go away
Social Security to go away
Health Care to go the same way gas prices have gone

But what the heck!

We can gain comfort by knowing that Nancy P, Hillary C, John K, Edward K,
Howard D, Harry R and Obama have worked hard to create a comprehensive
National Security Plan, Health Care Plan, Immigration Reform Plan, Gay
Rights Plan, Same Sex Marriage Plan, Abortion On Demand Plan, Tolerance of
Everyone and Everything Plan, How to Return all Troops to the U.S. in
The Next Six Months Plan, A Get Tough Plan, adapted from the French Plan by
the same name and a How Everyone Can Become as Wealthy as We Are Plan. I
forgot the No More Katrina Storm Plan.

Now we know why we feel good after the elections.

We are all going to be able to sleep so much better at nights knowing these
dedicated politicians are thinking of us and our welfare.

Hamilton County

In November 2006, the voters angry over the Iraq War, voted for a change in Hamilton County. But will that change be for the better? Not hardly, and residents of Hamilton County can expect David Pepper to bring the same degradation in quality of life that has occurred in the city, to the suburbs in the county. Like the City of Cincinnati's growing crime rate? Then I am sure you'll appreciate Pepper's efforts to bring that crime out to the county in much the same way as the DemocRATS brought Section 8 housing to our once beautiful, quiet and calm suburbs.

David Pepper beat incumbent Hamilton County Commissioner Phil Heimlich and will take a seat on the Hamilton County Board of Commissioners in January 2007. Pepper is the son of a rich former P&G chief executive (shouldn't we require spoiled rich kids to work a real job and successfully meet a payroll before running for public office?) Now the DemocRATS have always touted that they are for the middle-class, so why would the middle-class elect some spoiled rich brat to the county commission?  During his campaign, Pepper blamed Heimlich for the loss of population in Hamilton County which could not have been farther from the truth. The loss of population is due primarily to the loss of population in the City of Cincinnati. So who can we blame for that loss? Why Cincinnati City Council of course. By the way, if you did not know this, a majority of the members on Cincinnati City Council are DemocRATS and the DemocRATS and their supporters have held the power on city council for over two decades.  When the Republicans lost control of city council is about the time that the city started going into a decline with both residents and businesses leaving at great speed. Coincidence? We think not.

Thanks to the DemocRATS on city council, we have a growing crime rate in the city and have one of the highest murder rates in the country. Serious crime grew rapidly in the city after the most recent riots when the DemocRATS on city council were afraid to stop the lawlessness and thought better to support the misunderstood criminals then to stand by their own police force.  In a pact with their close allies over at the ACLU, the DemocRAT majority on city council created an agreement that neutered the police force and gave the criminals free reign to wreak havoc on the city.

Is it any wonder that a once thriving entertainment district in Over-The-Rhine has just about vanished? Now most of these businesses, the patrons and the business taxes have moved to the northern suburbs and to Northern Kentucky. 

Is this what we now have to look forward to in the suburbs of Hamilton County? With a majority of DemocRATS on the Hamilton County Commission and Cincinnati City Council, not to mention the mayor is a DemocRAT, I'm afraid things will really go downhill from here. The City of Cincinnati and Hamilton County were once great places to live and work. Thanks to the DemocRATS, that has all changed. Butler, Warren, Clermont and Northern Kentucky, get ready for more refugees from the DemocRATS. Here we come!
